【台德交流再晉級 台德航空服務協議 簽署完成】
駐德國代表處 Taiwan in Deutschland 謝志偉大使與 German Institute Taipei 德國在台協會 處長王子陶（Dr. Thomas Prinz）博士 於7/15完成異地簽署 #台德航空服務協議，未來雙邊客運由每周7航班，#增至11航班；貨運由每週3航班，#增至5航班，協議內容也參考國際民航組織（ICAO）範本納入相關條款，為雙邊 #航空運輸 及與 #國際接軌 奠立堅實的基礎。

另外，德國西部的萊茵-法爾茲邦（Rheinland-Pfalz）在7/14夜間驟降暴雨，造成當地嚴重災損及人員傷亡，外交部吳部長第一時間瞭解相關災情，立即致電王子陶代表，表達台灣政府及人民誠摯關懷與慰問，本次豪雨造成當地嚴重的傷亡損失，台灣感同身受，將與德國休戚與共，持續關心暸解當地災情、後續重建工作進展，以及我方可提供協助之處。

#Taiwan and #Germany recently signed an arrangement on air services, which will allow more weekly passenger and cargo flights between the two countries.
Representative Shieh Jhy-wey and Representative Dr. Thomas Prinz signed the arrangement in #Berlin and in #Taipei, which comes into effect immediately.
Parliamentary State Secretary at Germany’s Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure Steffen Bilger pre-recorded a congratulatory message for the event, while Transport Minister Wang Kwo-tsai witnessed the signing online.
The arrangement will increase the maximum number of passenger flights between Taiwan and Germany from seven to 11 per week, while cargo flights will be increased from a maximum of three to five with fifth freedom flight rights.
MOFA would also like to take this opportunity to express our sorrow and concern over the recent catastrophic flooding in the Rheinland-Pfalz state of western Germany after torrential downpours there.
Minister Joseph Wu reached out to Representative Prinz at the first opportunity to express concern and condolences for those lives lost on behalf of the government and the people of Taiwan. Our office in Frankfurt has also communicated our concerns to the local government.
